Obiettivi
Objectives
pests and diseases in the field;
2) Development of innovative disinfestation strategies in the pre-cleaning phase of the product through
the use of natural products (Zeolite and Carbon Dioxide) and entomopathogenic fungi;
3) Evaluation and analysis of post-harvest treatments, evaluation of allergenic profile and
detectability;
4) Development and / or implementation of applications for DSS in order to support the farmer in
cultural choices.
