Pratice abstract
Description

Realization of an economic and technical benchmark study of the supply chain (statistical framework).
This activity provides for the realization of a study (desk work), which can identify and classify the most relevant data and information for the purposes of efficiently disseminating sector news.

Description

Development of a new organizational and sustainable model of the EGG chain.
This activity of the Plan provides for the employment of new methods in operating procedures, in business practices, in the organization of the supply chain and / or in relationships among operators.
The developed innovations will give rise to joined improvements regarding several phases of the production chain because they are linked to the organizational strengthening of the egg supply chain.
From this consideration derives the opportunity to involve, in an innovative governance system, the actors who have a significant role in the supply chain that, from the production leads to the placing on the market and on the society of innovative products and services.

Description

Development of helpdesks for the implementation of the SQN disciplinary from the producer to the consumer. Definition of the self control plan This activity will concern the creation of services for OI members, which can also be transferred to other supply chain operators. In this pre-competitive context, good paperworks will be identified and collected for the application of the SQN disciplinary to the supply chain operators and the guidelines for the self-control plan will be defined. The SQN production disciplinary will lead to the achievement of a product "superior quality" and / or process, also constituting a fundamental element of traceability. The production regulation "eggs + cereal quality", recently recognized by the MIPAAF (5 December 2017), includes the minimum requirements concerning the identifying denomination of the type of product recognized by the national quality system, the requirements for food; which are superior and qualifying in relation to the previsions of the law and the requirements relating to breeding conditions which are able to increase animal welfare. The disciplinary also contains requirements relating to environmental aspects and obligations provided by the specific supply chain regulations, with regards to labeling. It also provides for a self-control plan and periodic checks to be carried out in accordance with a Third-Party Control Body.
