Objectives
The goal is the creation of a model of excellence for sustainable viticultural, enological, management and marketing / logistics innovation that can be transferred to other Sicilian realities. This through an alternative path of production and sustainable management of the company, adapted to the environmental and socio-cultural conditions of the Sicily region. The challenge is to quickly bring a traditional winery, having a local perimeter, at the beginning of its business and representative of many other Sicilian companies, to become competitive in the global market.
