Innovative management practices and promotion strategies for dairy products of mountain summer farms

Obiettivi
Objectives

To promote the dairy product in mountain pastures, promoting environmental, animal welfare and product quality. The environmental and socio-economic sustainability of the products is perceived by the consumer as an extrinsic quality that adds value to the product and, if well communicated (i.e.  electronic label), allows him to make informed choices. Starting from the indicators developed in the project  and the "narrative labels" for different mountain products, we will quantify the value of a product if accompanied by a claim. Main research site: Juribello Malga Other sites: other Primiero mountain huts.
