Use the activities of slaughtering with the prototype for reaching a constant monitoring of the
epidemiological survey and of the environmental conditions of the Park
1) Development of capture systems compatible with the on-site slaughter of wild boars;
2) Design and construction of a prototype modular multi-species mobile slaughterhouse - Murgia
Mobile Slaughterhouse (MuMoSla);
3) Start up and development of good practices for the use of the prototype for the slaughter of sheep
and goats;

5) Evaluation of the quality standards of meat, epidemiological and toxicological-environmental
