CANAPA REVOLUTION: Cannabidiol extraction from the industrial hemp as implementation of the crop profitability
Obiettivi
Objectives
The main objective of this project is to develop and extraction and purification method to obtain pure cannabidiol (CBD) from the waste products of some industrial hemp cultivars (e.g., Futura 75, Carmagnola, Santhica 27 etc.), that can be appealing for the nutraceutical, cosmeceutical and pharmaceutical industry. Another objective is to include the cultivation of hemp in the crop rotation of Marche farms from which a double economic effect is obtained, making the crop more profitable.
