Sustainable Apple Orchard
Verify the economic and environmental behavior of new system of pedestrian and/or demi-pedestrian apple orchard amangement. Moreover will be implemented new technology systems for irrigation and net protection of the tree. In this orchard system will be devoloped a technical protection of pests and diseases with low environmental impact. The weed control shall be reverted from chemical to mechanical. Will be implemented a new system to verify the devolopment of silent diseases through metagenomics and microbiology analysis. In the orchard shall be used a system to measure the soil biodiversity (IBS) in comparison to other environment in the Trento Province.
